Depending on my schedule, I offer sessions a few days before or a few days after workshops in cities that I visit. Additionally, I can just as effectively work with you over the phone. As we talk, I can guide you to tap gently on acupressure points or other energy points on the body. As you are working on yourself, you are also learning how to use the techniques on yourself, so that even after a session, you are empowered to continue your own healing process. How I WorkI will guide you on how to use many effective tools for emotional self-mastery and positive self-discipline. You will learn how to utilize a natural source of healing that offers consistent and quick shifts from life’s stumbling blocks. These Energy Therapy techniques get the issues out of your body for good, using tools to help you produce results quickly and to easily resolve a wide range of problems. I have been using these techniques since 1998, and over the years I have developed and refined my own unique style of energy therapy. The process I use is a synthesis of a varied assortment of healing modalities, including Health Kinesiology, Thought Field Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Psych-K. All are meridian-based therapies that use the Chinese acupressure map of the body. Additionally, I am a Reiki Master and Integrated Energy Therapy Practitioner. Energetic blockages and unconscious patterns of energy (known as beliefs) manifest in a variety of unhealthy ways.
